East Beijing IDC data machine room of Qi shang zai xian is sited at Langfang, which is called back garden of Bejing, is a telecom level machine room cooperatively developed by China Qi shang zai xian and CNC (Langfang). It is sited at 5 store of CNC Telecom Comprehensive Building, of which the brand width node is trunk line node of State Class I. The distance between it and Beijing Yizhuang machine room is 25 km, conjunction with Beijing Daxing, and only 30 minutes by bus is required to reach east No. 3 ring, and the distance to downtown area is just the same as that of Changping and Shunyi. Beijing East University City and Beijing No. 2 Capital Airport are also build up at Langfang. Langfang is a city level area, and 11 counties, sub-cities and districts are under its administration, No. 938 air conditioner bus may reach there per 15 minutes, and may be taken from Da Beiyao Bus Station:

Electric Power Safeguard System：
1. A: Two ways power supply, the total volume is 2×45 kw (East Beijing IDC machine room of www. netnic. cn) B: Three ways power supply, total volume is 3×300 kw (West Beijing data machine room, Shi Jingshan, Qi shang zai xian)
2. UPS system, 4 SILCON320KVA series UPS hostings of U.S. APC Company was installed at the first phase, the power of single set is 320KVA. Under the circumstances of three in usefulness one, when hosting is reached 3500 servers, the two way power supply will be terminated, and oil engine may work for half an hour prior to initiating. The total power of the second phase is 2560KVA. UPS of APC SILCON Series is green power supply, the output of which is steady and high efficient, with the ability of filtering noise.
3. State Class I trunk line device, 120 kw ultra large scale UPS, stand-by battery, and large scale diesel generating set system, which may ensure the power supply and emergency power supply of the whole machine room! Not any trouble of power supply may be occurred!
4. High and lower pressure distributing box and electric switch box are all excellent products of SIEMENS and ABB. |
Air Conditioner System:
East Beijing IDC Machine Room of Qi shang zai xian adopts Italian HIROSS constant temperature and humidity machine room exclusively used air conditioner device, feed air from downward and feed back from upward system with the redundancy design of 7×24, high reliability and security. Shi Jingshan West Beijing Data Machine Room of Qi shang zai xian adopts Japan original machine room exclusively used Daikin Air Conditioner System, the temperature of machine room may be accurately controlled through feed air from upward and feed back from downward system.

Security Precaution System
1. Card Intelligent Entrance Guard's Safe Administrative System: Guard's Safe Reader is installed at the entrance and exit of machine room, when Guard's Safe system is failure under the fire circumstances, the door may be opened through breaking the glass button.
2. Warning system: double monitors are equipped at the machine room and important entrances and exits, and door warning detector is installed at all passages. It may be distributed and removed immediately, and warning and printing warning information in time.
3. TV Monitor System: at the public area and entrance and exit, between each chase within machine room, VIP machine room, core machine room, network supervisor center and elevator, etc., high resolution color vidicon is equipped, 46 vidicons are equipped at the first stage. Individual monitor point may be clearly viewed through 29 Inch large screen monitor, and monitor kinescope may be performed using whole orientated closed-circuit television of 7×24.
4. Building Central Monitor System: provides building power supply, UPS state, Diesel power state, air conditioner state, monitor of temperature and humidity and water leakage warning.
5. Professional security personnel, providing 365×24 hours building protection. |
Fire Fighting System
1. Intelligent fire warning system, temperature sensor detector and smoking sensor detector of U.S. SYSTEM SENSOR.
2. Advanced environmental friendship type FM 200 (HFC227ea) extinction using gas system. FM 200 gas may be released to put out a fire when temperature sensor detector and smoking sensor detector warning at the same time.

Brand width resources
China Qi shang zai xian owns total 10G brand width export resources, with equal fiber with CNC, China Telecom, China Tietong, China Unicom, Education.net and Great Wall Brand Band, etc. With its fiber backup, redundancy of export is realized at INTERNET. According to the requirement of user, we may expand to the maximum fiber line of 2.5 G capacity to customer specified place. Medium and small scale user orientated interface line resources include ISDN, DDN, and frame relay line, as well as 2M or above data transportation line and fiber link.
Reliable redundancy network structure:
Machine room adopts hiberarchy network construction, which is consisted of core tier, distribution tier, interface tier, and whole redundancy network system is adopted to ensure the high reliability. The core tier adopts CISCO high performance main trunk router and Huawei MAN main trunk router. The distribution tier adopts CISCO three tiers switch, which is connected to giga redundant fibre of core tier; server interface tier adopts CISCO 2 tiers switch. Meanwhile, we adopts Cisco 75 series router as interface server for individual line subscriber to ensure self owned brand width. The major network device are all adopted double power supply, double engine configuration to demolish single point failure, and the reliability of network may be reached 99.999%.
Completed network administrative system
Whole orientated administration with machine network devices, including router, LAN switch, etc. in www. netnic. cn machine room is adopted utilizing network administrative software, through which the configuration management, performance analysis, network monitor, port flow analysis, business accounting and business analysis, etc. may be performed. Real time monitor for network supervisor is equipped at the network supervisor center. Real time monitor of application service with hosting is performed through professional hosting monitor software. Various service selection and completed warning function may protect security running of your server.
